5 questionsNo. Every HealthySips mocktail is 0.0% ABV — completely alcohol-free. We build the cocktail experience from real fruit, botanicals and sparkling water, so you get the ritual and the flavour without anything that shows up the next morning. Independently lab-tested to confirm zero alcohol.
A mocktail is a non-alcoholic drink crafted to deliver the flavour, complexity and ritual of a cocktail — without any alcohol. HealthySips mocktails are premium, ready-to-drink takes on classics like the margarita, mojito and piña colada, made with real fruit and botanicals at just 20-25 calories per can.
Mocktails can be a healthier choice than both cocktails and sugary sodas when they’re low in calories and sugar. HealthySips are 0.0% alcohol, 20-25 calories, and only 4-5g of sugar per can — made with no artificial colours. A light option for social moments, with no next-day hangover.

- Golden Hour Mango Margarita — sunlit mango with a vibrant margarita finish. Also new.

Each 355ml can has 20-25 calories and 4-5g of sugar, depending on the flavour. Limelight Margarita and Golden Hour Mango Margarita are 20 calories with 4g sugar, Moonbeam Berry Mojito is 20 calories with 5g sugar, and Cosmic Colada is 25 calories with 5g sugar. The short version: sparkling water, real fruit juice and natural flavours, botanical extracts, and a little citric acid for balance — lightly sweetened with stevia, plus a touch of agave or sugar. No artificial colours — the colour comes from sources like spirulina, carrot, blueberry and turmeric. Tap any flavour on the shop page for the full ingredient breakdown.
Yes — all four flavours are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free. Two flavours — Limelight Margarita and Golden Hour Mango Margarita — contain sulfites, so check the label if you’re sensitive. Cosmic Colada uses coconut, which isn’t a tree nut but is worth flagging. Always check each can’s label for full allergen information.
No — the core mocktail lineup is caffeine-free, so it fits any time of day, from brunch to a late wind-down. We’re developing a separate functional line, but the signature mocktails stay clean and caffeine-free.
Proudly Canadian — made in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Recipe development, production and canning all happen locally. Most ready-to-drink mocktails are made outside Canada and packed with sugar; making ours at home in small batches lets us control quality from recipe to label.

1 questionHealthySips are zero-alcohol, low-sugar and caffeine-free. That said, if you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, we recommend checking with your physician first. Always read the label for full ingredient and allergen information, and we’re happy to share a complete ingredient list on request.
Orders & shipping
5 questionsWe deliver locally in Winnipeg and ship across the rest of Canada. Local Winnipeg orders placed before 8:00 p.m. are delivered the next business day (weekend orders arrive Monday); shipping elsewhere in Canada typically takes 3-7 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Yes, on larger orders. Local delivery in Winnipeg is $10 flat and free on orders over $100. Shipping to the rest of Manitoba and Canada is $20 flat and free on orders over $150. You’ll see the exact rate at checkout before you pay.
Every order gets a tracking link by email the moment it ships. If something looks stuck, email us at hello@healthysips.ca and we’ll chase it down with the carrier.
No account needed — you can check out as a guest (an account just lets you track orders and save details). Because we process orders quickly, email hello@healthysips.ca as soon as possible if you need a change; we can only adjust or cancel before an order is processed for shipping.
Please accept the delivery, take photos of the damage, and email hello@healthysips.ca within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit. Once your claim is approved, allow 10-14 business days for a replacement to ship or credit to be issued.
Returns & refunds
2 questionsBecause our products are consumable beverages, all sales are final — we can’t accept returns for change of mind or taste preference. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@healthysips.ca within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
No — discounted products and gift cards are final sale, the same as all other products.
