Healthy drinks, delivered anywhere in Canada. We’re proud to offer Canada-wide shipping for all HealthySips products.

1. General Shipping Information

  • Coverage: We currently ship Canada-wide.
  • Rates:
    • Winnipeg local delivery: $10 flat, free on orders over $100.
    • Rest of Manitoba & Canada: $20 flat, free on orders over $150.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

2. Local Delivery (Winnipeg)

Local delivery is available at checkout for a flat $10 fee and is free on orders over $100. Orders placed before 8:00 p.m. will be delivered on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be delivered on Monday.

3. Delivery Acceptance & Rejections

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.

  • Do Not Reject Deliveries: If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately at hello@healthysips.ca with photos of the damage.
  • Rejected Packages: Any order rejected at the time of delivery will be treated as a standard return. Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days depending on destination within Canada.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer. We’ll notify you if any delays are expected.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Seasonal Shipping Considerations

To maintain product quality during extreme weather:

  • Cold Weather: During freezing temperatures, we may apply additional packaging or temporary shipping holds to prevent products from freezing in transit.
  • Warm Weather: During periods of extreme heat, insulated packaging may be used for temperature-sensitive products.
  • Weather Delays: We monitor weather patterns and reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme conditions to ensure orders arrive in optimal condition.
